Located in one of Royal Leamington Spa’s most desirable areas, this project reimagines and extends an existing property through front and rear additions, a full internal remodel, and a loft conversion.

Set within the town’s Conservation Area, the design introduces a sympathetic double-height front gable, with new windows and an entrance that reflect the local vernacular. To the rear, a contemporary copper-clad extension provides a generous open-plan living, dining, and entertaining space.

Delivered as a self-build, the scheme transforms the former three-bedroom house into a distinctive five-bedroom family home, complete with a gym, master suite, and dressing area within the loft.
