Commissioned to review an existing planning consent by Millar + Howard Workshop, the project involved updating the design to reflect the client’s revised brief and securing variation approval before overseeing RIBA Stage 4 Technical Design.

 

Following a Design & Build contract to deliver the shell and core, Studio Spicer was novated to support the developer with structural design and procurement.

The practice was later retained by the client during the self-build fit-out phase to assist with the design and specification of interior finishes.
