Appointed to secure planning approval for an infill dwelling on the former car park of a public house in Thruxton.

The site lies within the Conservation Area and sits alongside several significant listed buildings. Following an initial planning refusal, the client instructed Studio Spicer Architects to review the scheme and prepare new proposals.

The response introduced a unique scheme, combining a traditional building form with contemporary materials, maximising the potential of the site while delivering a modern family home.
