Arden Lakes is a substantial one-off self-build dwelling delivered across two phases.

The first phase comprises the replacement home and associated landscaping, followed by phase two, which introduces a series of fishing lodges to support the fishery business.

The resulting contemporary home is designed to sit comfortably within the landscape, with the lower ground floor partially sunken into the terrain. The upper ground floor reads as a single storey, constructed in long-format Danish bricks with expansive openings and finished with a zinc roof and canopy.
