Studio Spicer were commissioned to design a new family home set in the Warwickshire countryside, the proposed house is in lieu of the Class Q “fall-back” conversion of existing barns.

The new dwelling has a colour and material palette that takes its queues from the local vernacular, geology and agricultural setting.
