Commissioned to prepare a feasibility study for a one-off home in the heart of Stratford-upon-Avon, this bespoke residence was designed with adaptability at its core.

Set within a garden plot adjacent to the client’s existing property, the brief required full accessibility across two storeys and a refined, contemporary aesthetic. 

The design delivers a clear and flexible layout, articulated through a material palette of brick and zinc that draws on the red tones of the surrounding streetscape. 

The result is a contemporary family home, rooted in its setting and defined by modern design.
