Initially commissioned to design a contemporary single-storey rear extension, the project was subsequently expanded to encompass a full internal renovation and extension, ensuring a consistent level of finish and quality throughout the home.

The rear extension incorporates robust, carefully selected materials that complement the character of the listed building while expressing a clearly modern architectural language. The result is both sympathetic to the historic fabric and distinctive, preserving the setting of the original building.
