The project comprises a new settlement incorporating the former MOD housing at Lighthorne Heath, delivering 3,500 new homes, a village centre, and dedicated employment areas.

In addition, the strategic allocation includes approximately 200 hectares of land identified for future development by Jaguar Land Rover.
