This project involved the integration of five new apartments above Oliver Bonas on the Parade in Leamington Spa, working closely with the commercial agents to reimagine the underused upper floors - previously surplus to retail requirements - into a series of contemporary, well-planned homes.

The building is Grade II listed and located within the Conservation Area. The conversion and change of use required a high level of care, sensitivity and technical skill to secure the necessary permissions.
