Commissioned to redevelop a former redundant bowling green in the village of Halford, Warwickshire, the project began with a review of a previous extant approval for four dwellings. An alternative proposal was then developed to maximise the site’s potential while enhancing the amenity of the new homes.

The resulting scheme adopts a contemporary design aesthetic that remains contextually responsive to the character of the village.
