Commissioned to design a new family home, farmhouse and farm office to replace an existing farmhouse in poor condition and to support the long-term growth and operation of the working farm.

The resulting scheme is contemporary and robust, utilising a modern steel frame, pre-cast concrete floors and lightweight external walling finished in locally sourced red brick and natural copper cladding.

Traditional in form but modern in construction and detailing, the design creates a building that is firmly rooted in its rural context while reflecting the character and ambition of a modern working farm.
