Located on the edge of Alveston - one of the most prestigious areas of Stratford-upon-Avon - this scheme replaces a previously approved design of three traditional detached houses with a collection of contemporary family homes.
Taking cues from the local vernacular, the design delivers open-plan living spaces defined by clarity of form and simplicity of detail. Each house features a cantilevered first floor with a roof canopy and includes four to five ensuite bedrooms, including a generous master suite with dressing room.
At ground level, the layout brings together the kitchen, dining area, snug, living space, and home office to create a flexible, connected family environment. The material palette combines light reddish brick with rendered upper storeys, while sliding timber screens provide solar shading by day and privacy after dark.
