Commissioned to redevelop a site on the edge of Bearley, Warwickshire, this project was guided by a brief for a contemporary and minimal design.

The architecture is defined by crisp detailing and clean lines, with carefully composed windows and flashings balancing flat planes of brickwork and timber cladding to create a refined, sculptural form. The layout is shaped by functionality and natural light. Primary living spaces and bedrooms are oriented to capture southern and western daylight, benefiting from afternoon and evening sun with direct access to garden-facing outdoor spaces.
