The Technology and Innovation Centre in Oxfordshire delivers 500,000 ft² of light industrial, warehousing and office accommodation on a previously unallocated 12-acre site at the village edge.

Full planning permission was secured for five new buildings, with Phases 1 and 2 now complete.

These phases include advanced engineering facilities for Siemens Technology, SST and Lentus Composites.
