Studio Spicer Architects was commissioned to redevelop this former redundant bowling green site located in the village of Halford, Warwickshire.

 

Following a previous extant approval for four dwellings we developed an alternative proposal for the site, which sought to maximise the development potential and also the amenity of the proposed dwellings with a contemporary design aesthetic that is contextually responsive to the character of the village. Planning was granted in 2022 and the development is due for completion in early 2024.
