Studio Spicer Architects was commissioned to design a new replacement dwelling set on the edge of Stratford Upon Avon, Warwickshire.

The property is set within rural Warwickshire; in open countryside. The innovative design proposes mixes traditional form with modern detailing and spacial arrangements to form a country home that suits modern living requirements.
