The replacement dwelling, approximately 7,500 ft/2 with a new swimming pool complex proposes to rejuvenate the landscape through the consolidation of outbuildings and permitted development into a single structure and strategic planting of the 6 acres. The property is set within the heart of rural Warwickshire; in open countryside. The  innovative design proposes mixes traditional form with modern detailing and spacial arrangements to form a country home that suits modern living requirements.
