Studio Spicer Architects was commissioned to design a contemporary, single storey, rear extension to a semi-detached, family home in the Warwickshire village of Ettington.

The new construction, which will double the home’s footprint, has been designed to provide open-plan family living space, including dining and kitchen area for the young, growing family.
