Summary of project and current status:

Situated in the heart of a designated regeneration zone in the historic town of Stratford-upon-Avon, this contemporary canal-side apartment scheme provides a new architectural vision for the former industrial area. The design brings a vibrant architectural presence to the current, underutilised, canal side setting. The use of regional materials and sustainable construction techniques not only revitalises the area but also underscores our commitment to environmentally responsible design. Large windows and balconies maximise views and connection to the historic waterside setting.

 

By revitalising Stratford-upon-Avon’s canal-side, we are able to contribute to the town’s ongoing transformation while preserving its historic charm, exemplifying our commitment to architecturally significant and sustainable projects to transform a designated regeneration zone into a thriving, modern community.
