name, current address, home and mobile telephone number and e-mail address so we are able to contact you. We will also take the address of the site you wish us to look at.

• to perform our contract with you, before you enter into it, to decide whether to enter into it, to manage and perform that contract and to update our records

We may share your personal data with surveyors and or other professional services companies in order to progress your project and they will be required to keep your data secure.

We will retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide the services you have requested or for other essential purposes such as complying with our legal obligations, currently 6 or 12 years depending on the type of contract we have with you.
