The studio designed offices are on three floors and offer expansion space and a creative atmosphere that better reflects the calibre and philosophy of the practice. The steel cladding panels are oxidising well with the weather, and once the living walls are installed the building will be largely complete.

Studio Spicer Architects was commissioned to remodel and extend an existing detached property in the north Cotswolds village of Ilmington.

In responding to our clients brief the remodelled proposal orientates the primary living accommodation into the contemporary extension to benefit from views over the garden and provide areas for outdoor living. The clean lines, crisp details and modern materials used in the extension create a balanced contrast to the traditional limestone Cotswold house.
