With support from the Local Authority, the site was granted planning permission for a new bespoke and individual contemporary dwelling set on the edge of the village in open countryside.

The new dwelling, providing luxurious living accommodation with ancillary domestic annex, and flexible commercial unit all designed to suit the specific and anticipated future needs of our client and their family. The zinc cladding creates an rural vernacular building form, exhibits charm and elegance as it sits overlooking the landscape. The use of high quality materials and spatial planning in addition to the high quality architectural design were commended by the local authority.

The four bedroom home, provides sustainable heating and cooling technology along with highly glazed facades maximising solar gains, and also uninterrupted views.
